Tom Reynolds is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and experienced project manager. Since giving up a farming and rugby career in 2003, Tom has developed a passion for renovating and reconfiguring properties to suit the changing lifestyle needs of his clients, as well as his own needs for space and accommodation as his family and business interests have grown.

Tom began by managing a portfolio of student accommodation in Nottingham and Manchester before moving on to the renovation, conversion and extension of period properties in a number of Rutland, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire villages. His objective is to combine our modern day needs and desire for high-tech living with respect for the integrity of traditional and historic buildings.
